ok I thought you guys were pulling my chain for a half a second. I clicked the wrong link on REVED post and went to Ambivalent Obsessions instead of the movie. [img]rolleyes.gif[/img] OOPS
I think I liked part 2 to that movie more so then part 1. Part 1 was just a very low budget film. But since I was young when it first came out I am sure it was scary then... but looks more like a B movie now. Kind of like the very 1st Psycho compaired to the later one.
Be interesting to see it.

lack of real content, dialoge, acting... meh.
however, like you said, i saw this movie over
and over when i was young.
i suppose that a comprable movie for the age/time
would have to be JAWS... although, it seems,

still, by today's standards, both of these 'horror'
movies are lame..... way lame.
i suppose its my age that gives bitterness and
cynicism to the thought of a TCM remake... as
well as some shotty JAWS *original* remake.

It seems to me...that evenually there will be remakes of all the old classics.....
I did see Bad Boys 2 last night and it rocked..... it was jam backed action from start to finish.....
I still hear explosions...LOL!!!!

My favorite TCM has to be Texas Chainsaw Massacre; The Next Generation. It was like a surreal parody of the original (box cover was a Rocky Horror Picture Show mouth putting on lipstick, but the lipstick was actually a tiny bloody chainsaw). TCM;TNG rocked! The MenInBlack were helping the "family' like they were weirdo Manchurian Candidates.

I saw TNG when it first came out, and thought it was really good, then I hired it again not long ago and it wasn't as good anymore... but the first one is good. Still good.
I haven't seen part 2, it's banned in Australia, which blows, apparently due to it's "sexual violence"... gay.
no one is banging on TCM.... just the new one [img]tongue.gif[/img]
